Skandoir Nº 04 is a niacinamide ceramide serum for day use on the face — Niacinamide 4% + Ceramide, in a light lotion. Its hero molecule is niacinamide at 4%, with ceramide NP, cholesterol and linoleic acid, lipid vitamin C 1.8%, PDRN and ectoin 2%. It is for daytime barrier care under sunscreen: 2 pumps in the morning. Nº 04 is not a sunscreen.

Skandoir Nº 04 is a day serum for the face. It carries niacinamide 4% with the complete barrier trio — ceramide NP, cholesterol and linoleic acid — plus lipid vitamin C 1.8%, PDRN, adenosine and ectoin 2%. The texture is a light lotion that sits under sunscreen.

How to use Skandoir Nº 04 Niacinamide 4% + Ceramide
Morning, on clean skin: 2 pumps over face and neck, sunscreen on top. Also a light night moisturiser for oily skin. Not a sunscreen.
Nº 04 is not a sunscreen. Wear it under your sunscreen in the morning.

Niacinamide
Vitamin B3 in its skin form. Most published research used 2–5%; Nº 04 uses 4%.
Ceramide NP
With cholesterol and linoleic acid — the three lipid families of the skin's outer layer. Nº 04 carries all three, not ceramide alone.
Ectoin
The stress molecule, at the 2% used in its best-known clinical work. Nº 04 pairs it with lipid vitamin C 1.8% and PDRN.

Is Skandoir Nº 04 a sunscreen?
No. Nº 04 is a day serum worn under sunscreen. Apply 2 pumps over face and neck, then your sunscreen on top.
Why does Nº 04 use niacinamide 4% and not 10%?
Most of the published niacinamide research used 2–5%. Higher is not automatically better, and some skin reacts to high strengths. We chose 4%.
Can oily skin use Nº 04 at night?
Yes. Nº 04 also works as a light night moisturiser for oily skin.
Why is Nº 04 pale gold?
Pale gold is the natural tint of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate (lipid vitamin C) at 1.8%, in a ceramide lotion. No dye is added.
Does Nº 04 pill under sunscreen?
Nº 04 is a light lotion-serum made to layer under sunscreen without pilling. Let it settle for a moment, then apply sunscreen.
