The Skandoir Lab

The skincare ingredient guide.
Know what you put on your skin.

In short

The Skandoir Lab is a skincare ingredient guide from Skandoir, a Chennai skincare house. It explains the molecules in Skandoir serums — PDRN, adenosine, copper peptide, niacinamide, the ceramide trio, ectoin and centella — with their history, the research and its limits, and sources. It is educational, not medical advice.

The molecules, the history and the research behind every Skandoir serum and parfum — written plainly, with sources, including where the evidence is still thin.

How The Skandoir Lab works

I

Every fact has a link

Research, regulators and named publications — opened and read, not copied from other blogs.

II

We say where evidence is thin

If a molecule's skin benefit is unproven, the page says so — even for molecules we sell.

III

We compare fairly

Guides compare ingredients, strength and price per ml. We never rank or criticise other brands' products.

IV

Cosmetic, not medicine

Clinical studies are explained as history. Skandoir serums are cosmetics and never claim to treat anything.
